Rutherford Tutoring Service was started as a home based business offering tutoring to students in grades 1-8.  As the service and its excellent reputation became more widely known, private tutoring grew to encompass all grade levels from K-12. Now the business has many professional tutors and the office is located in Norwood, Ohio. 

 

School districts around the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky began to recognize Rutherford Tutoring Service as an agency that could assist them with their need to provide academic instruction, remediation and support services to students who are unable to attend school due to an illness or injury, or students that are out of school due to a short or long term suspension,  or pregnancy.

 

The tutors that work for us are are all professionals that have been carefully screened. Each tutor is highly qualified, and experienced.  Many of our tutors are certified school teachers or retired school teachers.  Much thought is given when matching a tutor with a student.
